Reporting into the Reward Manager providing support for delivery of Reward analystics including statistics, reporting, queries, employee benefits administration, process review, systems, salary surveys.
- Have previously worked in a Reward or HR analyst role
- Have excellent systems skills ideally a HRIS system and Intermediate Excel
- Have the ability to manage own workload, working to deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Salary £25,000k per annum
- Excellent benefits
