Reporting into the Reward Manager providing support for delivery of Reward analystics including statistics, reporting, queries, employee benefits administration, process review, systems, salary surveys.

Profile

  • Have previously worked in a Reward or HR analyst role
  • Have excellent systems skills ideally a HRIS system and Intermediate Excel
  • Have the ability to manage own workload, working to deadlines with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Offer

  • Salary £25,000k per annum
  • Excellent benefits
