Our world leading client in the high end luxury sector is seeking a Reward Advisor initially on a 6 month contract, where you will ensure everything remains up and running! What does the role entail?

The main purpose of this Total Reward role is to ensure that the workforce are rewarded fairly and consistently. As the Reward Advisor you will be passionate about offering an excellent employee experience and committed to delivering HR operational excellence at all times.

The scope of this Reward Advisor role touches on all aspects of employee reward. This includes International mobility, including determining compensation packages, and everything from arranging accommodation and schools to recommending salaries. Also, long and short term incentive plans, flexible benefits and working closely with providers to enhance participation, management reporting, variable pay schemes, pensions including manging auto enrolment and assisting employees with transferring in and out , recognition and policies, group insurances, budget and control of costs, pay cycles for c.1500 employees, data analytics and trend analysis.

What skills are we looking for?

It goes without saying that will have a proven track record in total reward. You will have strong analytical skills, great communication and organisational skills, as well as attention to detail. You will be tech savvy and have excellent Excel skills – including lookups, Pivot tables, and conditional formula’s. You will have worked with various HR and Payroll systems ideally SAP. You will be upbeat and energetic with a strong customer service ethic, naturally logical and have a systematic approach to getting the job done.
