What will you be doing
This is a pivotal role within our Reward team, to support the development and execution of the PI&R Operational Reward strategy, through delivery of key projects and initiatives alongside the completion and continuous development of daily, weekly and monthly Operational tasks. Tasks will include; support the development and execution of HRBP and Manager Reward Guide, communication of pay ranges, as well as the design, modelling and communication of annual hour paid incentive schemes, maintenance of various trackers, and ad-hoc project work. Key Performance Indicators will include;
- Accuracy – provision of data, and recommendations with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Timeliness – responses and delivery of actions swiftly and in line with business expectations.
Governance – high quality controls with appropriate authorisations.
Why we would like you to apply
You have a great understanding of a complex, multi-site, commercial business and excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills. You are Analytical and logical, with the ability to make connections from diverse information sources. Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills, you have a natural ability to communicate key engaging messages, as well as a track record of delivering accurate, high quality solutions to deadlines.
