Revenue Controller - Legal

A Leading Global Law Firm based in heart of the City are currently expanding their finance team. They are well known for their commercial excellence and delivery of high standard corporate tax work. They have beautiful offices and excellent company benefits.

JOB DUTIES:

  • to reconcile cash
  • To Collect Cash
  • To manage Client Queries and provide resolution for escalated accounts
  • Produce and send out Statements and Reminder Letters
  • Ensure all billing is completed In a timely manner
  • To monitor and perform WIP CONTROL on behalf of Fee earners and Partners
  • To produce and role out Paperless statements
  • To manage dunning processes through and through
  • Liaise with lawyers to take legal action as of when required

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good Ability to prioritise - there will be testing on this during the interview stages
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Key attention to detail

In order to be considered for this role you will need to at least 3 years experience within the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, LEGAL OR PRACTICE Industry. You must be in a permanent role and you must have solid Credit Control and Billings experience. Should you fit the description above it will be important for you to note the following:
