Revenue Assurance Analyst

Chess are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Revenue Assurance Analyst to join their Revenue Assurance team in Alderley Edge. As a Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciliations of services back to billing, ensuring supplier invoices are accurate, migrating services between suppliers and other projects that help to maximise profitability.

Duties to include but not restricted to:

  • Management of supplier migration projects, including identifying transferable services and supporting affected customers throughout the migration;
  • Validation of supplier invoices before they are passed to Finance for payment;
  • Supplier reconciliation projects, ensuring that we are billing out all services accurately and identifying process improvements around the business;
  • Validation of Sales commissions;

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

  • High Excel level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Telecommunications knowledge and experience
  • Good numerical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Package Details:

Basic salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. Annual review in May 2018.

Bonus: Attractive performance based bonus to be paid monthly, plus a company bonus to be paid every 6 months.

Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
