Your new role
Your main responsibility will be to investigate customer returns and poor product reviews. You will be given direction from the Quality Assurance team who will provide you with a list of high-return or poorly reviewed products. You will then pass your findings back to the Quality Assurance team so they can make changes or action recalls accordingly. You should be self-motivating and be able to manage your own workload as you will be working away from the main Quality team. You must have a driving licence and access to a car.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of around £20,000. There is the opportunity to be flexible with your start/finish times if you require flexibility and there is no weekend working. There is free onsite parking available.
