On behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding recreational retail supplies business with a large online presence, we are recruiting for an experienced Returns Manager / Clerk to work in their busy warehouse in Huddersfield.
The purpose of this role is to manage all product returns effectively, the majority of which are purchased on-line, ensuring the customer is sent replacement goods in a swift and friendly manner.
Overview of the role is to;
Log all returns accurately
Liaise with customers and provide effective solutions
Test products for faults
Liaise with suppliers / return stock
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce environment. In addition they will have the ability to introduce effective systemisation to the returns process to the benefit of both the business and its’ customers.
An effective communicator along with a good eye for detail and work ethic are also key to making this new role a success.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and the role offers scope to grow along with the business. Hours of work are full time 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
