Job Description

  • Expertly handle queries from customers who may be looking to switch service providers;
  • Use consultative skills to ensure customers remain connected to the products that best suit their needs, confidently advising them of our services and pricing;
  • Listen patiently and emphatically to customers to fully understand their concerns;
  • Use objection handling and negotiation skills to explore issues with customers with the aim of resolving the issues and retaining the customer;
  • Use problem solving techniques to diffuse situations that result not only in customer retention but deliver an up-sell;
  • Deliver a first class customer service at all times.
