- Use consultative skills to ensure customers remain connected to the products that best suit their needs, confidently advising them of our services and pricing;
- Listen patiently and emphatically to customers to fully understand their concerns;
- Use objection handling and negotiation skills to explore issues with customers with the aim of resolving the issues and retaining the customer;
- Use problem solving techniques to diffuse situations that result not only in customer retention but deliver an up-sell;
- Deliver a first class customer service at all times.
