The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with our rapidly-expanding automotive client, who is looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Retentions Account Manager into their Leeds office.

As Retentions Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own client base of around 1,000 unique businesses. Your aim is to ensure that relationships are continually maintained and enhanced. This will involve regularly contacting each client, asking in-depth questions regarding their company needs, offering alterations or selling additional products accordingly and holding intelligent conversations in order to ultimately retain custom.

The successful Retentions Account Manager will, therefore, be able to easily pick up a detailed knowledge of the company, confidently discuss over the phone, and have a good understanding of the client’s needs. Additionally, the role will involve an element of up-selling and lead generation and so the confidence to sell is essential.
