As Supporter Communications Specialist you will support the creation of core communications for Child Sponsors. This will include assessing content, providing constructive feedback, and writing high quality and imaginative final copy for both print and digital to inspire, retain, and engage existing and new supporters. Working with other UK and international teams you will be able to contribute to the development of other communications and products and deliver an integrated online and offline supporter journey.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of planning and managing supporter feedback journeys, of creating impactful and engaging offline and online copy for fundraising and marketing, project management, the ability to work with people across continents and cultures, and the ability to build relationships built on trust and credibility.
