DMD Recruitment are representing one of Lancashire’s fast paced expanding Insurance Brokers to add a Retention Advisor to their expanding team.
You will be receiving inbound and placing outbound calls to all their existing customers
Welcome calls to all customers to establish their experience they received
Coordinating Direct Debit payments and calling customers who have missed their Direct Debit payment
Ability to deal with client queries
Ensuring computer records are fully updated
Organising workflows, diaries and chase calls within required timescales
To use all data to maximise referral/retention.
Thinking out of the box, new ideas how process can be improve
- Cross selling at each given opportunity
- Follow up sale calls to establish their experience
- Quality Control
