Harrison Sands have been partnered up with an Executive Search business for just over a year now and we genuinely love working with them. They are a charismatic, forward-thinking & quality led business with all the perks of working for a boutique agency.
What do I mean perks for working for a boutique? I mean they are completely led by their own decisions and if they are presented with an opportunity and it makes business sense, they can make it happen.
A bit of background on the business, they have 7 offices throughout the UK (albeit small teams) but with a big presence in the Executive Search market. They are a business that always wants to deliver a 5* service to their customers and candidates, from my perspective, I see this as a huge selling point. They are a retained search business that work across several markets such as; FMCG (consumer), Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Technology (IT), TIC, Construction & Infrastructure.
What are they looking for;
18 months recruitment experience; Are you quite new into the industry but you have some frustrations? Do you feel like the business you're working for isn't offering a great service to your customers? Do you want a step up in your role? A higher salary? Opportunity to run your own team? Even if your experience doesn't lie in the above sectors but you're interested in going it alone and setting up a new market with the backing of a big name, this could be for you.
3-4 years recruitment experience; Have you hit a ceiling in your current role and feel like it's time to explore agencies that can offer you management or directorship? Are you looking for equity shares? Insight on how to run your own business within a business? Looking to earn a bigger OTE?
If you have retained search experience, or experience working a market in recruitment which is slightly a more complex sales cycle, I would be really keen to go into detail about who my client is, what they can offer you long terms, their values and approach to the search market, call me on .
