As part of continued growth throughout the UK they are now looking for a Store Manager in Training to be based in the Liverpool/Manchester area and to play a key part in the businesses short and medium term growth in the North West.

The Role

As Store Manager in Training you will join the business on their Store Management Training Program, a structured development path designed to grow your knowledge, skills and experience in all aspects of store management. Based in the Liverpool/Manchester area you will work through a bespoke course tailored to enhance your knowledge whilst serving in an operational support capacity within the store, applying your knowledge in real life situations and learning all aspects of the role through practical exposure. Working with the Store Manager you will take day to day responsibility for the site, planning rota’s and staff deployment, managing stock and availability while all the time offering great service and leading by example. You’ll work with a team of Supervisors and junior staff ensuring the store maintains good standards, is a fun and friendly place to shop and that sales are maximised through attractive displays and a commercial layout. You’ll also get the opportunity to work with stock, to manage deliveries effectively and replenish the store with your team. The role essentially gives you all the theoretical knowledge and practical experience needed to take on a store of your own in time.
