Retail Sales Consultant

Brook Street (UK) Ltd are currently recruiting for Retail Sales Consultants for our client located in the Bangor area.

This role is perfect for those who can build excellent rapport with customers, conduct extensive fact finds to establish the best product available to suit customer's needs and has the capability of closing the deals discussed providing a lasting perception with both customers and those who work with you.

Criteria

* The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales led environment.
* You will be self-motivated ideally with a proven track record in sales.
* You`ll have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* The successful candidate must physically fit and able for manual handling.
* Candidates with experience selling furniture will have an advantage.

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work retail shifts which include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

The salary and OTE are extremely competitive and there are a host of other benefits including a generous staff discount scheme, pension scheme, childcare vouchers and a cycle to work scheme

The salary will start on £8.42 per hour and they have uncapped earning potential and about to hit peak trading for commission.
