Retail Sales Assistant - Immediate Start
Our Customer Service & Sales team is currently expanding and we need someone hard working, outgoing and reliable to assist with our marketing, branding awareness, sales and promotions channels.
As a Retail Sales Assistant your main role will involve working 'the front line' with customers, directly engaging our consumer market with your amazing personality. First class customer services will be a staple in all your work. We work on some pretty huge accounts, so you will need to be professional, reliable and up beat!
The Retail Sales team has a real culture of change and innovation, so you will need to be comfortable working in this space. We are currently involved in event based marketing campaigns. You'll also be positive, have a can-do attitude and possess a mass of initiative.
Experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous, however, we will be providing an in-depth foundation training as well as ongoing up-skill workshops for our Retail Sales Assistants therefore, this is considered an entry level role and you do not need specific experience in retail or sales to apply.
Retail Sales Assistant Role:
- Gain experience working on leading UK accounts
- Build relationships with customers to ensure a solid representation of a brand
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations where necessary
- Work within retail promotions
- Basic sales administration
- Outstanding Customer Services / Customer Relations

All our sales openings are face to face as we believe we can provide a better service for our clients so we target potential customers where they live, shop and work, through B2B, residential and events, so opening is not based in a office. Your earnings will be commission only as our clients only pay us for the new customers we provide.
Successful applicants will be invited for an initial face-to-face sit down with a member of our management team. As this is a self-employed opening a handful will then be selected for a follow up observational day in the field where you’ll get a change to experience first hand what’s involved in promoting our client’s products and services. (20-30 mile radius). This is a voluntary day to help us both make an educated decision about your compatibility with our opening, therefore participants will not be entitled to compensation for their time & travel.
