Retail Sales Administrator

Part-time or full time hours considered for the right person

An ideal opportunity to join this family run business/retail unit as an important part of the team.

Experience preferred but training could be arranged for the right candidate.

We would require the successful candidate to be responsible for all aspects of managing the shop on a day to day basis.

This would include:

Advising customers/potential customers on the right products for their requirements

Communication with the two Directors and fitters.

Implementing and maintaining high standards of presentation of products at all times within the shop.

Dealing with phone calls and e-mails in a polite and professional manner.

Organising appointments for our fitters

Generating accurate quotes from surveys completed, and following-up to close sales.

Ordering the relevant materials to complete works.

Ensuring invoices are sent out, and monitored for payment.

This is an quite an autonomous role with lots of responsibility.
