Retail Operations Coordinator

We have an exciting position in Andover for a Retail Operations Coordinator. As the successful candidate you will be the central point for all contact with the UK retail stores.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce and carry out updates of operational guidance for all UK store processes
  • Oversee seasonal production and distribution of Visual Merchandising plans,
  • Work alongside the marketing team
  • Produce and publish daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Produce and evaluate sales and disposal lists
  • Coordinate weekly in-store conference calls
  • Work closely with HR to organise induction and training for new managers
  • Manage the retail page for the Intranet

Key skills:

  • Previous operational administration experience
  • Intermediate excel user
