We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Manager, for our retail branch in Keynsham.

If you are a self-motivated individual with a commitment to turning donations into vital funds, which enable us to provide exceptional care for our patients, then we would love to hear from you!

As our shops raise funds for our Hospice Care, it is vital that they are performing at their best. We are looking for a dedicated individual with the passion and energy necessary to maintain these high standards.

The successful candidate will be an existing manager with a minimum of one year's experience, flexible and willing to travel to other shops if required.

In return for your hard work and flexibility you will receive a generous 27 days annual leave allowance plus bank holidays. You will also receive a 25% discount in our shops, access to our pension scheme and broader access to development opportunities.

Salary: £18,060 - £21,387 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days including bank holidays and weekend rota

Essential Requirements:
  • Good standard of general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Retail experience, ability to manage Volunteers
  • Managerial - leadership, decision making
  • Good interpersonal skills, Empathetic approach to donors
  • Customer focussed, Able to work on own initiative
  • Hands on approach, Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines
