Job title: Management and Retail Assessor
Salary: £20,000 - £26,000
Do you have experience delivering retail and management qualifications, with some experience of delivering the level 5 management programme? This position will allow you to enhance and grow your own higher level delivery as the programme also grows.

With a caseload structured across Yorkshire, you will manage your own diary to visit your learners accordingly. As much as this is a remote based role, you will still work closely as part of a team and frequent travel to the Rotherham training centre is expected - this is also dependant on your experience of the level 5 programme.
Your learners will be undertaking programmes on Retail, Customer Service, Management at level 3 and 5. At the start, you will have a small handful of level 5 learners, as this is a new programme to the provider. Part of your role will be to work closely with the programme Lead to further develop the qualification. As the caseload grows, you will focus more on the higher level learners as they progress.
As this is a training role we do ask that you be appropriately qualified to deliver the programme, with experience in the apprenticeship field. Please apply and we can be in touch accordingly.
