Retail Sales Assistant Role Details:
We are currently seeking to fill a number of openings with marketing, sales, and customer service all rolled into one. We provide customer acquisition services to our clients by meeting their target audience in areas with heavy foot fall- such as retail stores, exhibitions, pop up stands, kiosks etc. Therefore, we found people with experience in managing customers in a retail setting tend to excel in this opportunity.
Training and Development:
We offer in-house and on-site training, so experience is not necessary. You will learn how to effectively explain our clients’ services, answer questions, and complete new customer registrations. We also foster an environment that encourages teamwork and friendlily competition in this commission only role. The better our team members perform, the more incentives our clients offer us, so it’s in our best interest to help people succeed!
Retail Sales Assistants: Progression and Advancement Opportunities:
We're also looking for a handful of people who have what it takes to develop into future managers through flexible career paths with self-employed options. These opportunities will be discussed in person with applicants we feel are suited to handle the responsibility of developing others and assisting our clients on a larger scale.
