We are looking for a “Retail HR Manager” for its multinational client.

Manage Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance and Talent Management, Learning and Development, HR Analytics and Organizational Development processes for the store employees.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (in Retail Sector)
Masters degree is an asset
Strong People/Management skills
Strong background in HR Analytics & Organizational Development, Recruitment & Selection, Learning and Development
Good communication skills – understanding how to manage internal customer relations
Willingness to learn & develop
Knowledge of legal and regulatory factors including relevant employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to build efficient relationships within and outside the organization
Natural relationship builder with strong influencing and negotiating skills
Strong analytic and problem solving skills
