Job Brief for Retail Head chef – Responsible for the managing brigade of 3 chefs and 3 kitchen porter catering on average 700 covers for breakfast and lunch
Client interaction is of high importance – the ability to communicate at a senior level both verbally and through written communications. restaurant caterers for lunch offering hot counter, including grill foods of the world, grab n go bar and deli bar. You will have full autonomy of the menus which are changed weekly using seasonal produce and following the current food trend such as “street food” concepts and innovations.
The Ideal chef- Will show enthusiasm, a great background with high volume commercial catering either with a similar operation or high street restaurants
The client is highly focused on the quality of food and amazing customer focus, attention to detail is key! You will need to be financially astute – costings, menu management and stock control.
