Reporting to the Head of Property, you will manage the performance of the outsourced Property Helpdesk supplier, with overall budget responsibility of several million per annum. You will act as the liaison point between store staff and outsource partners, ensuring effective cooperation between all stakeholders and that all projects and processes are well planned and executed.Additionally, you will manage the department’s energy strategy, and deliver the objectives of this strategy, ultimately driving down consumption by 20% by 2020, in line with Group Strategy. This budget is also several million per annum. You will additionally be responsible for 1 x Facilities Administrator, who’s role is to support the retail estate with the smooth running of the Facilities within the estate, along with management of the outsource partner’s Account Manager.
What you will be doingAs Retail Facilities Manager, you will maintain and manage circa £6m opex Budget (Retail Facilities and Energy Consumption)Taking responsibility and accountability of the outsource partnerships, you will ensure that the performance of each supplier meets the requirements of the business, and manage them to set KPI’s and SLA’s. You will ensure that the MI received is timely, accurate and detailed enough to ensure that informed decisions can be made regarding investment in the retail portfolio. You will act as the liaison and escalation point between Divisional and Regional Managers, alongside supporting Retail Operations, ensuring effective co-operation between all stakeholders and that all retail projects and processes are well planned and executed, analysing common trends and providing reports as required.You will be expected to have strong supplier management experience, as you will be extracting value from the suppliers and work cross functionally to leverage savings on operational efficiencies.You will analyse and manage all PPM regimes to drive accurate budgeting and detailed five year investment programmes.You will ensure regulatory compliance across the estate at all times, and work closely with the field and operational teams to ensure escalations are addressed if required.
