Retail Customer Service

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor for our client based in Croydon.
The role will be to provide a high level of customer service and deal effectively with sales enquiries over the telephone and face to face. You will advise and sell to potential and existing customers.

Full two week training course provided.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maximise sales enquiries to ensure the store hots its targets
-Complete all administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures
-Maintain a clean and tidy store
-Carry out fork-lifting
-Adhoc duties

The right candidate for this role will be able to / have:

- Able to efficiently multi-task
- Sales experience
- Strong relationship building skills
- Work under pressure
- Demonstrable deadline meeting experience
- Time management skills
