Retail / Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for delivery of Retail development projects in line with timeline, budget and quality parameters outlined by the business. Typically projects will include network site extensions, shop refurbishments, knockdown rebuilds and the installation of various food and retail brand concessions.

Responsibilities will include managing external teams of consultants to monitor the progress of feasibility studies and statutory consent applications, reviewing tender submissions, monitoring project progress and updating relevant parties, checking invoices against payment certificates, monitoring health and safety on projects and representing my client at network meetings.

The successful candidate should have a construction/property degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience including demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously along with the ability to drive results, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

This is a home based role with the ideal location based in the Midlands or South of England.
