About the role
When a customer enters your store, they’ll get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. You’ll be a key part of creating this customer experience. Whether you’re training a new team member, helping out on the floor in the lunchtime rush, cashing up, or discussing how to keep customer satisfaction levels sky high at a team meeting, you’ll keep things constantly improving.
