The business is now looking for a high calibre Retail Area Manager to join their highly successful team.
RETAIL AREA MANAGER
Salary: Up to £30k

As the Retail Area Manager you will be responsible for a small number of retail stores in your designated territory.
Prime responsibilities will be to manage, motivate, and lead customer facing retail teams to deliver outstanding customer service, increase sales, minimise loss and hit targets.
You will be responsible for training and coaching store staff. Building strong relationships with your retail teams and you will always act as brand and product ambassador to create the correct brand experience at point-of-sale.
The successful applicant will have experience gained from a Retail Management role, eg. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Store Manager / Supervisor / Area Manager / Concession Manager / Department Manager / Floor Supervisor / etc.
You must have some experience of managing customer facing teams, training and coaching, as well as the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be innovative, creative, commercial and dynamic with high levels of enthusiasm to succeed in a fast paced environment!
Full Driving Licence Required
