We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to take responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service on a daily basis within our 2 rosette restaurant, private dining and weddings, creating fantastic memories for our guests.
You will support in the achievement of upselling targets and assist in managing departmental manpower and operating costs in line with budgets.
You will also support in providing coaching and training to members of your team.
This hands-on role provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members.
Competencies of an F&B Supervisor:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests whilst demonstrating good food and wine knowledge.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
