Our client, a leading, historical bistro/wine bar have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor /Manager to join and lead the team.
They have recently undergone a major refurbishment of their property.
The new venue now has a 100-seat bistro and a 230-seat function room. Their aim is to build on their already buoyant wedding and function business and target the lunchtime and evening meal trade.
They now wish to appoint a Restaurant Supervisor /Manager who should be capable of putting their own stamp on a brand-new venue with an already established customer base.
Main purpose of the Job:
To ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively at all times ensuring food leaves the kitchen efficiently and in an organised fashion to high standards and to conclude any other duties as directed to you by the owners.
The ideal candidate will:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running the restaurant.
- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints.
- Train staff to the highest standard.
What we are looking for:
Maybe you are already an experienced Restaurant Manager or Supervisor and are looking for the next step in your career or maybe you are working in hospitality as waiting staff in an establishment with a great reputation and you feel you are ready for the next step in your career.

Preference will be given to those with experience running functions and events.
You must be fluent in English.
