Salary: UP TO £28,000 + per annum depending on experience

Our client, a prestigious hotel based near Brockenhurst in the beautiful setting of the New Forest, is looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager.

To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years Restaurant Manager experience preferably within a 4/5* hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working within fine-dining establishments, 1 or 2 rosettes and be focussed on providing impeccable standards of service to guests and other staff members. You will be working with a team of around 20 staff, therefore previous experience in managing a team of this size would be beneficial, along with working with other Heads of Departments and the Food and Beverage team. Due to the stunning location and beautiful hotel this venue is very popular for weddings and other large events, so experience in this and general hotel operations is desirable.

Due to the location you will need to hold a driving licence.
