Our client seeks a suitably qualified Restaurant Manager to join the team in this unique and quirky up market Gastro Public House with Rooms situated on the Kent / East Sussex Border.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a very exciting stage of development as the property starts a major investment throughout to build upon an already very successful business

You will be a presentable, "Mein Host" & "Hands On" Manager who loves leading from the front with a solid career demonstrating strong Food & Beverage qualities

Ideally coming from a 1 to 2 Rosette Background (not essential but will certainly require a "quality background" within proven Restaurant Management

Reporting to the General Manager & supporting within all associated areas

You will naturally manage the Restaurant as your main area and for the majority of your time but will also be flexible to assist in other areas of the F&B Operation as required through the "Peaks & Troughs" of business

A Manager who loves leading from the front and is an excellent role model to the staff

Out on the floor, welcoming and hosting guests in this truly unique property

Ordering - Stock Controls - Stocktakes

Forecasting & Achieving Budgetary Controls / GP’s

Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records "up to date"

Health, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments

Sales & Marketing

Budget Controls, Forecasting, Yield Management

Developing revenue opportunities
