Our Restaurant Managers are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in our Conference and Events teams.
As Restaurant Manager you will be tasked with motivating, inspiring and leading a fairly big team of staff. You will be working closely with the GM and deal with staffing, stock and financial control as well as ensuring outstanding customer service solutions. We are looking to recruit a fun, friendly and hands-on Manager capable of dealing with fast paced sales and achieving KPI's.
You will communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. They respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements. They replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation. They monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests while at the same time they maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
As they are the face of the company we ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Experience using Zonal tills would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
Experience using TNA Wizard would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
