Salary: Up to £25,000 + Bonus + Benefits

My client is looking for a candidate who has experience running their own store, can see the potential for progression in their team and helps nurture the business’ next managers. The ideal candidate will be hungry to grow within this role, it’s an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company.
1) Upholding a positive brand image and providing excellent customer service at all times.
2) Managing cash and card transactions effectively in accordance to company procedures
3) Supporting Area Manager
4) Motivating and Developing staff
