New Restaurant Opening -Shoreditch Managers/Assistant Managers needed

As General Manager, you are responsible for all FOH staff, ensuring they are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions. Ensure business and staff practices are within the law and consistent with policies and procedures

Be a role model and set a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of the business and staff management

Follow procedures to maintain the safety and security of all employees, customers and company assets (building, cash, equipment, supplies). This includes Risk Assessments, Fire Safety and Training, First Aid and any other requirements the law asks

Uphold company food safety, food handling and all COSHH requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees Customer Satisfaction

Consistently provide quality products, environment and service experience that delivers total customer satisfaction; a real passion and drive for the restaurant business and a key understanding of hospitality is vital

Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and solve potential problems before they affect customers

Be responsible for the hiring of high quality people who demonstrate and ensure consistent customer care

Ensure all employees are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total customer satisfaction. Evaluate each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Maintain the restaurant at the level necessary to meet or exceed the company standards of high quality service and consistency in product

Utilize labour effectively to meet budgets, at the same time never compromising the high quality of service and consistency You are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assume complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary. Ensure that all activities are consistent and support the restaurant’s business plan.
