Restaurant Manager - Keswick Cumbria - to £25,000

Our client in Keswick is recruiting a hands on Restaurant Manager for their popular hotel restaurant. All fresh food to AA Rosette standard

Restaurant Manager - The Role

  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Managing each service
  • Training development of the team is very important
  • Resolving any complaints or issues with diners
  • Welcoming and greeting all diners
  • This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

Restaurant Manager - The Person

  • You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
  • Act as the "face of the restaurant"
  • Experience of AA Rosette standards and advantage
  • Energetic and a team leader
  • Experience of managing a 50 seater+ restaurant
  • Outstanding trainer and coach
  • Enjoys giving great service at all times

Restaurant Manager - Salary & Benefits

  • Salary to £25,000
  • Temp Live in accommodation available
  • Meals on duty
  • 28 days holiday
  • Uniform and dry cleaning
