Our client, located in Bexley, are seeking to recruit a Restaurant Manager to lead a team by being passionate, inspiring and motivating ensuring they have a team of engaged superstars.
-You must have good knowledge of the food and drinks menu and train your team ensuring they have excellent knowledge of their products to provide to customers.
-You must be experienced in working in a fast pace restaurant environment.
-You must be able to lead a positive environment, ensuring excellent food quality, safety, hygiene and allergens are in practice at all times.
-You must support your team in their work, coaching and developing your team making sure they provide the best service.
Responsibilities & Duties-
-Overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant
-Training staff members
-Agreeing and managing budgets
-Planning menus with Head Chef
-Ensuring compliance with license, hygiene, health & safety
-Promoting & marketing the business
-Overseeing stock levels
-Handling customer esquires & complaints
-Taking reservation bookings
-Greeting and advising customers
-Setting team members targets
-Handling administration paperwork
-Making improvements to the running of the business & developing the restaurant
-Replying to emails, taking telephone calls, dealing with our functions & leading them with your team
Free food on shift.
48 Hours per week - rotating shifts
