We’ve combed the West Coast and scoured the Deep South looking for the most mouth-watering recipes the United States has to offer. We’re now looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join us, to develop the team and drive the business forward.

This job is all about performance and reputation, and the stage is yours to firmly focus on guest satisfaction whilst keeping a watchful eye on the restaurant budget and tackling daily operational challenges head on. HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive your contracted hours each period.

Your working hours will typically fall between 12 Noon - 10:00pm Monday and Friday only, 4:00pm - 10:00pm all other days including Weekends. Training and meetings are often held during the day, so full flexibility is required.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include working weekends, bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong financial awareness – with responsibility for financial delivery and business planning
  • A good level of computer literacy and analytical skill
  • Catering/Bar Management experience at assistant manager level for at least 3 years
  • Good communication skills

Desirable requirements:

  • Back of House experience
  • Intermediate Health & Safety and/or First Aid at Work
