RESTAURANT MANAGER required for our client - a prestigious hotel in the Horley, Surrey area.
As RESTAURANT MANAGER you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the restaurant along with your team ensuring that guests are provided with the best service. This role will require that you work 5 days out of 7 on a weekly rota basis and it is hands on.
For the opportunity of RESTAURANT MANAGER previous experience at an operational and supervisory / management level is required from within a fine dining establishment. A hands on approach is also essential. Training and management of your team are very important factors to ensure standards are maintained and exceeded. Areas of work will include food and beverage service within the restaurant and lounge, bar / beverage service and for functions, weddings and events.
Salary for the role of RESTAURANT MANAGER is given as £25,000 to £26,000 per annum.
