There is also a position available for an experienced Assistant General Manager.
This new concept restaurant is a chef-driven fast-casual brand that aims to bring luxury, approachable, plant-based food to the masses. They are passionate about feeding their customers the best possible food in the best possible way.
Our clients goal is to provide fast, healthy and affordable meal options for anyone interested in eating more vegetables without compromising taste or satisfaction.
The Role of General Manager
• Ensuring guests are taken care of in an accommodating and professional manner
• Provide total satisfaction through leading your team with a passion for the product
• Demonstrating a quality-driven leadership style
Responsibilities of the General Manager / Assistant General Manager:
The management team will support the daily operations with tasks including (but not limited to):
• Opening and closing procedures
• Guest and employee relations
• Service and menu Q&A,
• Revenue generation & cost control
• Team Management
• Product & Quality Assurance
• Food Safety compliance
• Health & Safety compliance
And above all else, creating a positive atmosphere and restaurant for guests and staff.
For the role of General Manager there is a salary on offer of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum and for the Assistant General Manager the salary is £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
