Response Centre Team Leader

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experiences Team Leader to join a leading employer based in North Nottingham

The Role:

  • Managing a team of 10 Customer Service staff in a busy Customer Response Centre
  • Allocating work to team members, mentoring, coaching and monitoring the team
  • Undertaking appraisals and one to one's, setting and monitoring KPI's
  • Undertaking quality checks on calls and emails
  • Identifying training needs within the team
  • Reporting on calls and staff performance, using Excel and Access

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and leading a team within a call centre environment as well as:

  • Previous experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Experience of training and developing a team
  • Ability to deal with and resolve escalated complaints and problems
  • Be flexible, logically minded and react quickly to peaks in workload
  • Have a good understanding of KPI's, service levels and aspirations
  • Experience of reporting using Excel
