innogy is not looking for employees - but for pioneers
Ever fancied joining a HR team in one of the largest renewable energy companies in Europe?
Do you want to be the person responsible for the recruitment of future talent that can help expand the global business to meet the growing demand for green energy, then Innogy Renewables want to hear from you.
Innogy own, operate and build large scale windfarms and hydroelectric plants and we are looking for an In House Resourcing Specialist to be based in Swindon but with some travel, to help drive growth by partnering with the business to deliver a proactive and responsive recruitment service on a fixed term contract until December 2019.
We need someone that has previous experience at recruiting in a competitive technical market using both proactive direct sourcing methods as well as establishing relationships with key agency suppliers so someone that has worked both in house and agency would most likely be an advantage.
If you are resilient, passionate and have experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders with regards to recruitment and selection decisions then this is the role for you.
Why you should apply
As well as a competitive salary of up to £34,000 and impressive benefits package including 15% bonus and private healthcare, you’ll also get the opportunity to really shape the future of our business. Along the way, we’ll give you all the support you need to develop your skill set and achieve your long-term ambitions.
