Resourcing Specialist - IT

Working for my client in Watford you will be based in the HR team and you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process across the business. Predominately the role will be sourcing technical candidates within the IT/Reseller sector. Working closely alongside the internal and external stakeholders the role will provide a consultative service that is aligned to the business objectives and strategy. You will be responsible for recruiting contractors, consultants, Fixed term contractors and permanent employees across the business. Effective stakeholder management. Arranging interviews, conducting telephone interviews and supporting managers in the shortlisting process. Job description development, driving candidate attraction and build talent pools using direct sourcing methods. Monitor and reduce spend on recruitment costs, working closely with HR on any recruitment related initiatives. Managing internal secondments. Manage the recruitment PSL.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. Somebody who can self-motivate themselves and work well under pressure. Good command of MS Office applications, technical know how and be very organised and methodical. Knowledge of job boards and social media platforms
A level or equivalent qualification. CIPD/MREC or equivalent. Basic employment law. A definite knowledge of the IT recruitment industry in areas such as networking, infrastructure, testing and windows.
