SF Group are currently sourcing a Resourcing Manager to join a large education sector organisation in Birmingham. This role is being offered on a temporary basis for 6 months with the potential of going permanent. They are able to offer a salary of up to £40,000 to the right candidate.
This role requires an experienced Resourcing Partner to manage the function as well as all activity relating to recruitment within the organisation. You will be tasked with attracting and selecting the best talent by championing and further developing the in-house recruitment function. You will plan all strategic recruitment activity across the organisation ensuring cost effective methods are employed. Push on direct methods of recruitment including through the use of social media outlets. Continue to develop the policy and processes associated with the resourcing function while building a talent pipeline for future change and growth.
The successful candidate will have experience with and knowledge of UKVI regulations.
