RESOURCING MANAGER

A leading public sector organisation based in York, North Yorkshire, are looking for an Interim Resourcing Manager for circa six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a new dedicated resourcing team that encourages new ideas based on experience and sound judgement. In this role you will ensure the recruitment team deliver strong end to end recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements. Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Senior leaders as their go to person on all operational recruitment matters.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Manage recruitment campaigns including advertising, assessment centre design, screening and selection, maintaining high standards and delivering a positive experience all stages of the process
• Writing well written and engaging job adverts
• Advising on appropriate attraction methods including social media in line with their external branding
• Meeting with hiring Managers and HRBP’s in order to establish the most effective sourcing strategy
• Other ad hoc recruitment duties

Experience and Skills:

• Experienced Resourcing / Recruitment Manager
• Significant experience in 360 recruitment – sourcing, screening, assessing and interviewing
• Willingness to travel
• Capable of handling high volume recruitment
