An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Liaison Coordinator to support our local Client Relations Team at a large acute hospital: University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and supporting the flexible workforce services provided to University Hospital Southampton’s non-medical and non-clinical areas.

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the liaison between our central Non-Medical Resourcing Team and key stakeholders in the Trust. Working closely with stakeholders to understand and track demand, applications and placements; this role will be pivotal in ensuring flexible workforce recruitment and placements are aligned to Trust strategies.

You will have a strong recruitment background working in a fast-paced environment providing services to external clients, where you have built strong relationship with clients and helped drive forward recruitment in line with their workforce strategies. An excellent communicator, you will also have strong, accurate administration skills.

Experience of recruitment to non-medical roles within the NHS will be a strong advantage.
