You will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and delivery of assessment solutions to the business.
As the product owner of the “assess and interview” employee journey, you will design and implements assessment tools and processes across 26 markets, working closely with the assessment and resourcing community. You will drive adoption of global methodology through training and toolkits. The role will require you to manage strategic partners and ensure they deliver as per SLA's and that the global community has access to best in class thinking and tools at competitive price points.
We are looking for a passionate, innovative and commercially minded individual to join our Global Resourcing Center of Expertise. The successful person will support the team to deliver rigorous and fit-for-purpose assessment processes (on and off line) that enable us to deliver the very best talent to our company and provide candidates with a great experience.
This role offers the opportunity for you to apply your knowledge of assessment and further develop expertise in the area of selection and assessment, in a very dynamic environment, working across 26 countries.
Apply if you have:
MSc in Occupational Psychology and certificate in occupational ability testing and, ideally, personality testing.
Min 5 years of experience in designing and implementing tools with a psychometrics consultancy or in house
Good knowledge of assessment and selection for recruitment, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment is very important.
Strong skills in statistical and data analysis and wide knowledge of the lastest trends in the assessment market
