We are currently recruiting on an ongoing temporary basis for a Resourcing Compliance Executive.
This role will be to effectively manage the Pre and Post Employment risks, whilst protecting the company's brand and reputation.
You will be carrying out background checks, such as 5 year referencing, DBS checks and ensuring that all checks are conducted in strict compliance with the company's standards for all new potential employees.
You need to have excellent communication skills, be well organised with strong attention to detail.
Previous experience within a compliance role would be an advantage.
