What the role looks like:
Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to join their expanding account management team working on one of our most successful contracts within the financial services sector. Your role will be to help develop and implement the strategic resourcing service for this complex and challenging account. You will be responsible for ensuring that Reed Talent Solutions achieve their commercial goals in line with forecast financial targets for this contract through managing contract performance.
What is the contract?
This role will be working on an established Neutral Vend Managed Service contract where we work with the client and also a team of tiered suppliers to ensure that we are delivering on this contract’s requirements.

Who makes a good Resourcing Business Partner?We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruit process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment. We would also consider those with experience of on-site recruitment as long as it is within IT/Technology/Finance or another professional related sector. You will also need to be willing to occasionally travel to some of the client sites (mainly in Canary Wharf) but also to Reed’s head office in Northampton.
