Job Title: Resourcing Business Partner

Travel: There will be regular weekly travel between Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Milton Keynes where the client has main offices
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000, Plus car allowance at £3,500, Plus £5,000 bonus earning potential paid quarterly
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
What the role looks like:
Due to continued growth and a recent contract win within one of Reed Talent Solution’s client portfolio in the banking sector, we are pleased to offer the exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join our team and deliver a first class service.Your role will be to help develop and implement the strategic resourcing service for specialist recruitment within the contract.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Reed Talent Solutions achieve their commercial goals in line with forecast financial targets for this contract through managing contract performance. As the Resourcing Business Partner you will be working very closely with our existing account management team based across the North and South of the UK, to manage the relationships and contract delivery for the client.
This role will involve travel between some client sites in the North and also some visits to the Milton Keynes client site, as well as occasional visits to our Reed head office in Northampton, so you will need to be a car driver.
Who makes a good Resourcing Business Partner?
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment. We would also consider those with experience of on-site recruitment ideally within a professional sector. Ideally we are looking for an experience Resourcing/Recruitment Business Partner or Account Manager. You must also have experience of specialist recruitment. You will also need to be a car driver and be willing to occasionally travel to some of the client sites.
