Lead recruitment service, with full flexibility to travel across the UK
Work as part of the HR team to deliver consistent approach to recruiting, job descriptions and employee specifications
Manage recruitment campaigns and the 360 degree recruitment process
Mange associated recruiting correspondence and checks using the applicant tracking system
Support projects such as internships, apprenticeships and diversity strategies

Proven experience of working in a generalist recruitment role, building credibility and positive working relationships with line managers and HRBPs.
Strong direct sourcing experience of Blue & White collar roles.
Previous use of social media e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
Preferably Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management (DipRM)
Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
Proficient on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access Database and HR Software
Up to date knowledge of current employment law/legislation and its practical application
Strong communication both verbal & written.
Analytical thinking skills with ability to analyze statistical information
